| 摘 要： | 在能源缺乏、燃油价格居高不下、燃料成本占比趋高、大气污染日益严重的背景下,主要介绍广州花都恒通客运发展有限公司通过制定科学的、精细化的营运客车燃料消耗定额考核管理制度,增强驾驶员节能减排自觉性的实例,论述创新管理对公交企业节能减排,提高经济效益和社会效益的作用。
