新型梳针刺辊的研究

摘    要:研究新型梳针刺辊的性能.分析了新型梳针刺辊的结构特点、梳理特性、耐磨特点及纺纱效果.结果表明,新型梳针刺辊在减少纤维损伤方面比锯齿刺辊具有优势,其中根数短绒率平均下降12.6%,重量短绒率平均下降14%;在未成熟纤维、棉结与杂质去除方面与锯齿刺辊相差不大,在针齿工作角相差不大的情况下落棉率要高于锯齿刺辊,耐磨性远好于锯齿刺辊,纺纱效果也优于锯齿刺辊.

Abstract:Property of new pin-type licker-in was researched, structure speciality, carding speciality, abrasion resistance and spinning effect of new pin-type licker-in were analyzed. The result shows that new pin-type licker-in has more advantages in reducing fiber damage than that of saw-tooth licker-in, with pin-type licker-in, short fiber number content can reduce 12.6% on average, short fiber weight content can reduce 14% on average. Effect on removing immature fibers, neps & impurities of new pin-type licker-in is similar to that of saw-tooth licker-in, in the condition of similar needle work angle, waste percentage of new pin-type licker-in is higher than that of saw-tooth licker-in, abrasion resistance of it is much better than that of saw-tooth licker-in, and spinning effect of it is better than that of saw-tooth licker-in.
