摘    要:
制磷电炉酸度值是衡量炉内化学还原反应完全与否的尺度,它是热法黄磷生产工艺操作控制的重要经济技术指标。针对其运行控制、影响因素及实际生产操作的消耗指标进行了比较、分析、优化,以期让生产和管理者高度重视。若生产中忽视对酸度值的正确认识和操作参数的优化,同样会导致成本上升。经济效益下降。

Abstract:
The acidity value in the phosphorus furnace is an indicator of completeness of the reduction reaction inside the furnace,and is an important economic and technical indicator to be controlled during the operation of the hot process yellow phosphorus plant.This article covers the comparison,analysis and optimization of the operational control,influencing factors and consumption figures during actual operation,which are expected to raise the attention from the production and management personnel.Ignoring proper understanding of the acidity value and the optimization of operating parameters during the production will also lead to increased production cost and the drop of economic benefit.
