摘    要:浮选试验及生产过程中,人们往往过多强调入选物料的细度,而忽视了人选物料的粒度组成对浮选过程的影响,铝土矿中的含硅矿物在磨矿过程中极易泥化,产生大量的次生矿泥,严重影响了反浮选脱硅过程,入选物料粒度组成的影响就更不容忽视,对此就球磨及棒磨两种常见磨矿方式,考查了不同的入选物料粒度组成对铝土矿反浮选脱硅过程的影响。

Abstract:In flotation test and production it is often the case that,the fineness of milling material is overstressed while the effect of its particle size composition on the flotation neglected.The silicon containing minerals in bauxite are very apt to be slimed so as to produce a large amount of secondary slime which can seriously affect the silicon removal in reverse flotation.Therefore,the particle size composition of milling material cann't be ignored.Investigation was made on the effect of various particle size compositions of milling materials prepared by ball mill and rod mill grinding that are commonly used on the silicon removal in the reverse flotation of bauxite.
