| 摘 要： | 介绍和阐述了DW型单体液压支柱、油缸、活柱表面损坏修复中的工艺路线、工作原理、井下试验情况及使用效果,针对投入的材料、设备及工时单价的成本和技术效益,及经济效益进行了分析。认为此项成果解决了表面防腐处理存在的问题,对提高支柱的使用寿命,减少修复工作量也起了重大作用。

| Abstract: | This essay introduced and described the DW type hydraulic prop,fuel tank,live column repair surface damage in the processing route,the working principle and the application of underground test.The analysis of invested materials,equipments,per cost of working hours,technical effects and economic efficiency are undergone.The results of the surface anti-corrosion treatment resolved problems,enhanced the pillars of life,reduced repairing workload and played a major role. |
