| 摘 要： | 介绍了TNC-KY1-150型射频连接器电缆组件的研制过程,本产品在传统射频连接器的基础上对其不改变结构和性能,对射频连接器电缆组件外壳的一部分材料采用聚乙烯绝缘取代了传统的有色金属材料,从而大大降低了成本,同时也降低了工艺的难度,机械强度和绝缘性均有所提高.本产品的研制降低了TNC型射频连接器电缆组件的生产工艺和成本,极具推广价值,使在以后的设计中提供了更广的设计思路.

| Abstract: | The article mainly introduce the design process TNC-KY1-150 cable module,this product on the traditional radio frequency link the connector as to it's not changes structure and properties,a part of outer conductor is made of nylon,inducing the cost.Consumedly lowered the costed,and also lowered the process difficulty,machine strength with insulating to all have the exaltation.The design connector process TNC cable module cable assembly cable production craft that design that module is with the cost,very have the expansion the value,and make us provided in the hereafter more wide of design way of thinking. |
