| 摘 要： | 总结Uster USG自调匀整系统的维护要点.介绍了Uster USG 自调匀整系统功能,并对其生产过程中易发生的FP传感器损坏、T&G罗拉咬合不平行、T&G罗拉轴承损坏、T&G罗拉轴弯曲变形、位移传感器检测头弯曲问题进行了分析,提出用好USG自调匀整系统必须由电器、设备、工艺三方面结合完成,.USG自调匀整系统故障易发部位在T&G罗拉和FP传感器,应对其进行重点维护.
