He-Ne激光照射合并超短波治疗麦粒肿临床研究

摘    要:目的 : 观察He -Ne激光合并超短波治疗麦粒肿的临床疗效。方法 :将临床诊断的 15 4例麦粒肿患者分为He -Ne激光合并超短波治疗组 76例 (治疗组 )和超短波治疗组 78例 (对照组 ) ,治疗后观察比较两组疗效。结果 :治疗组治愈率 82 .89% ,平均治愈时间 4.0 2天 ;对照组治愈率 46.15 % ,平均治愈时间 6.74天 ,两组资料经统计学处理 ,治愈率有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,平均治愈时间有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组并且治疗组平均治愈时间明显短于对照组 ,He -Ne激光照射合并超短波治疗麦粒肿有显著临床效果 ,具有重要的临床应用价值

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of He-Ne laser irradiation combined with ultrashort wave treatment on the patients with hordeolum.Methods:154 patients with hordeolum were randomized into two groups:76 patients treated with He-Ne laser irradiation combined with ultrashort wave treatment(treatment group),and 78 patients treated with the ultrashort wave treatment(control group).The cure rates and the medial cure times of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:In treatment group,the cure rate was 82.89%,the medial cure time was 4.02 days,and in control group,the cure rate was 46.15%,the medial cure time was 6.74 days.The cure rates and the medial cure times were very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The test demonstrated the significant effect for He-Ne laser irradiation to the hordeolum.
