复杂盘饼类铝合金锻件等温成形缺陷分析

摘    要:以环形座锻件为例,采用实验研究和有限元数值模拟相结合的方法研究了复杂盘饼类铝合金锻件等温成形时缺陷产生的机理.结果表明:采用反挤变形方式可以控制金属的径向流动速度,能有效地防止复杂盘饼类铝合金锻件的径向折叠和穿流缺陷的发生;各区域金属分配不合理会使局部区域因缺少金属而引起充不满或对流折叠,或使局部金属过多引起折叠;增大镦粗时坯料与模具间的摩擦阻力和变形量,可使坯料获得更好的径向分布的流线,最终得到流线分布合理的锻件.

Abstract:The forging of rotating seat was applied to study the mechanism of defects happened in isothermal forging of aluminum alloy disk forging with complex shape by combining experiment with FEM(finite element method).The results show that the flow velocity of metal in radial direction can be controlled by using backward extrusion,which can prevent radial folding and fibre breaking of aluminum alloy disk forging with complex shape.The irrational distribution of metal in different regions of billet will result in ...
