| 摘 要： | 在总结模架的基本知识及选型方法的基础上,利用KBS系统中的RBR推理方法实现注塑模具中模架的自动化设计,利用参数化设计技术生成模架系统的三维模型库,利用VB编程设计出系统操作界面,建立了注塑模具CAD专家系统中模架设计知识库和推理机,实现了推理机与知识库之间的连接。文章以实例介绍了模架知识库与推理机连接过程,KBS系统推理机通过合理调用知识库中的知识数据,实现模架的自动选型。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the knowledge of injection mold′s moldbase,using rule-based reasoning(RBR) in the knowledge-based system(KBS) to realize the automatic design of injection mold′s moldbase,using parameterization design to create the triaxiality model of injection mold′s moldbase,using VB program to design the operation interface.The knowledge base and reasoning machine of the moldbase in the injection mold CAD expert system are established.An example shows that the communication between knowledge base and reasoning machine is realized,and the reasoning machine select the suitable database of the moldbase automatically. |
