桥梁工程混凝土耐久性设计及应用研究

摘    要:采用现场原材料 ,并根据桥梁的不同部位进行耐久性设计。用盐冻剥落量、DF值、Cl-离子扩散深度和钢筋锈蚀率四个耐久性参数比较了按耐久性设计优化混凝土与按传统设计混凝土两者间的性能优劣。结果表明 ,在保证混凝土强度和工作性的前提下 ,优化混凝土的综合耐久性显著提高。同时介绍了优化混凝土在现场预应力混凝土桥梁中的应用情况。

Abstract:Raw materials from the field engineering were used in this paper,and the concretes in different sections were designed according to various durability requirements such as deicer scaling,DF value,corrosion rate and depth of CI - diffusion.Results indicate that at the similar compressive strength and slump,the corrosion resistance and frost/deicer scaling resistance of concrete designed according to the durability are significantly higher than those of the common-used concrete designed by the traditional standard.Furthermore,the application of concrete with high durability in the bridge was discussed.
