矿用柱芯线性转阀的研制与应用

介绍了两种新研制的矿用旋转阀，两阀的特点是阀芯为单柱或双柱体，构成Ｕ或Ｏ形的过流通道，在全启至闭的整个调节范围内，通道形状保持不变而面积为线性变化。应用实践表明，两种阀特别是在单柱阀，对矿浆或液体流量、浓度的调控比闸阀、球阀或管夹阀更适用，在选厂磨矿分级作业自动控制中的大量使用已产生了很大效益。

The Development and Application of Cylinder Core Linear Rotary Valves for Mine Use

Two type newly developed rotary valves for mine use are introduced.They are characterised by single or double cylinder valve cores which form a flow passage of U or O shape.Within the whole adjustment range from total opening to total closing,the passage shape remains unchangeable while the area takes on a linear change.The application practice has shown that both valves,especially the single cylinder one,are more suitable than sluice valve,ball valve or pipe clamp valve in regulating and controlling the flowrate or concentration of ore pulp or fluid.The wide use of single cylinder valves in the automatic control of grinding-classification operation of many concentrators has brought about great effects.
