| 摘 要： | 针对高压无油空气压缩机调试过程中出现的报警停机问题,进行了原因分析。根据分析结果对压缩机缓冲罐排气工艺设计缺陷进行了改进,解决了机组的运行故障,排除了机组的安全隐患,实现了空压机的长期可靠运行。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the reason of the alarm stop problem in the debugging process of high pressure oil-free air compressor.According to the analysis results,the paper improved the design defect of compressor buffer tank exhausted process,solved the malfunction of the unit,eliminated safe hidden trouble of the unit,realized the air compressor’s long-term reliable operation. |
