大口径榴弹弹体成形工艺改进及工艺装备设计

摘    要:分析了传统的大口径榴弹弹体热挤压成形工艺在工序流程、产品质量、生产效率、成本控制和装备安全性等方面存在的不足,并提出了改进方案,将弹体生产过程分为压型、缩径-反挤压、首序收口和次序收口4个工序。以某型Ф155 mm口径榴弹弹体为研究对象,基于有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D,利用改进后的工艺对弹体成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了金属的流动状态和各工序中温度场、应变速率场、等效应变场的分布特性以及载荷的变化规律。最后提出了压型、缩径-反挤压工序的组合工艺装备以及两道次收口工序的组合工艺装备的设计方案,新的装备设计方案可为弹体成形装备的升级换代提供参考。

Abstract:The shortcomings of traditional hot extrusion process for grenade shell with large caliber in technological process,product quality,production efficiency,cost control and equipment security were analyzed,and the improvement scheme was put forward. The production process was divided into four stations,namely pressing,necking-backward extrusion,primary necking and second necking. For the Ф155 mm grenade shell,based on the finite element simulation software DEFORM-3 D,its forming process was simulated by the improved technology,and the flow state of metal as well as the distribution characteristics of temperature field,strain rate field,effective strain field and the change rule of load in each station were obtained. Finally,the design schemes of the combined process equipment for pressing,necking-back extrusion and the combined process equipment for two-stage necking process were put forward. The new equipment design scheme can provide reference for the upgrading and updating of grenade shell forming equipment.
