红外光谱在聚氯乙烯电缆料中环氧大豆油用量控制中的应用

摘    要:针对环氧大豆油在聚氯乙烯电缆料中添加过量形成的出油问题,采用红外光谱研究了常用增塑剂的红外谱图、其他增塑剂与大豆油共用或共混时的红外谱图。结果表明:通过红外光谱能够将环氧大豆油与其他增塑剂共用的情况和大概比例确定出来。根据这一研究结果,可以将红外光谱作为检测、判断、控制环氧大豆油添加量的方法,从而减少因环氧大豆油添加过多而引起的出油。

Abstract:For the problem of oil migration on polyvinyl chloride composites because of more doses ESO adding,we studied the infrared spectroscopy of frequently used plasticizers and other plasticizers blending with ESO in common.The results show that according to the study of infrared spectroscopy,we can ascertain out the conditions and propor tions of other plasticizers blending with ESO in common.According to the results,we can use infrared spectroscopy as the method of testing,judging,controlling the adding doses of ESO,in order to decrease oil migration for more doses ESO adding.
