金属板材拉延极限性能

摘    要:利用自主设计的模具结构在6300 kN液压机上对金属板材进行拉延极限性能测试,获得了不同材料、不同厚度、不同钢种下的拉延极限高度以及初始开裂部位,并对不同工艺下的材料极限性能及开裂部位进行了研究。结果表明:不同材料对拉延极限高度与材料初始开裂部位均有影响,拉延极限高度随着材料强度的增大而减小,且DC01钢的拉延开裂位置发生在半球根部,DP系列高强钢拉延开裂位置发生在半球上部;宝钢与唐钢所生产的同种材料的拉延极限性能相当;厚度只对材料的拉延极限高度有影响,而对材料初始开裂位置影响不大;DC01钢在不同工艺下的拉延极限性能与开裂位置均相差较大,而不同工艺对DP590高强钢的影响则相对较小。

Abstract:The drawing limit property experiment of sheet metal was conducted on 6300 kN hydraulic press by a self-designed die structure. Then,the drawing limit height and initial cracking position with different materials,different thicknesses and different steel grades were obtained respectively,and the material limit properties and cracking positions under different processes were studied. The results show that different materials have influence on the drawing limit height and the initial cracking position of material,the drawing limit height decreases with the increasing of material strength,the drawing cracking position of DC01 steel occurs at the root of hemisphere,and the drawing cracking position of DP series high-strength steel occurs in the upper part of hemisphere. However,the drawing limit property of the same material produced by Baosteel and Tangsteel is similar,and the thickness only affects the drawing limit height of material and has little influence on the initial cracking position of material. Furthermore,the drawing limit property and cracking position of DC01 steel under different processes are quite different,but the influence on DP590 high-strength steel is relatively small.
