摘    要:对TA15钛合金锻件热处理过程中的温度场进行了数值模拟。利用反算法计算出模拟中需要施加的换热系数,并基于此模拟了锻件连续加热和分段加热工艺下的温度场分布特征。结果表明:连续加热过程中,锻件存在明显的温度分布极不均匀现象,在加热到1200 s时存在最大温度差为359℃。通过合理的分段加热工艺设计有助于改善锻件的温度分布不均匀现象。

Abstract:The temperature field of TA15 titanium alloy forging during heat treatment has been numerically simulated.The heat transfer coefficient applied in the simulation has been calculated by using the inverse algorithm,and the temperature field distribution characteristics of the forging under continuous heating and sectional heating processes have been simulated.The results showed that the temperature distribution of the forging was very uneven during continuous heating,and the maximum temperature difference was 359℃when the forging was heated to 1200 s.It is helpful to improve the uneven temperature distribution of forgings by designing reasonable sectional heating process.
