摘    要:为提高2A70铝合金接头壳体锻造的材料利用率以及锻造效率,采用有限元分析方法对方形、棒料、变直径棒料毛坯结构成形接头壳体的锻造成形过程进行了分析。结果表明:与方形毛坯相比,采用变直径棒料成形零件可以减少材料30%,成形载荷降低50%,成形后零件飞边均匀,实际生产与模拟结果一致。

Abstract:In order to improve the material utilization and forging efficiency of joint shell of 2A70 aluminum alloy,the finite element analysis method has been used to analyze the forging process of the square,bar,and variable diameter bar billets.The results show that,compared with the square billet,the material can be reduced by 30%,the forming load can be reduced by 50%,and the flash is uniform after forming by using the variable diameter bar billets.The actual production is consistent with the simulation results.
