挤压温度对建筑装饰用新型铝合金性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究挤压温度对建筑装饰用新型铝合金6061-InTi性能的影响,采用不同的挤压温度对合金试样进行了挤压成形,并进行了试样在室温条件下的夏比摆锤冲击和中性盐雾腐蚀试验,分析了挤压温度对合金试样冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:随挤压温度的升高,试样的冲击吸收功先增大后缓慢减小,单位面积质量损失量先减小后缓慢增大,冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提升后降低;在挤压速度3 m·min-1、模具预热温度280℃和挤压比25均不变的情况下,与400℃挤压温度相比,460℃挤压温度下的冲击吸收功增大了32. 65%,单位面积质量损失量减小了40. 58%。建筑装饰用新型铝合金6061-InTi试样的挤压温度优选为460℃。

Abstract:To study the influences of extrusion temperature on properties of new type aluminium alloy 6061-InTi for architectural decoration,the alloy specimens were extruded at different extrusion temperatures,the Charpy pendulum impact test and the neutral salt spray corrosion test of specimens were conducted at room temperature,and the influences of extrusion temperature on the impact and corrosion resistance properties of alloy specimens were analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of extrusion temperature,the impact absorption energy of specimen increases first and then decreases slowly,the mass loss per unit area decreases first and then increases slowly,and the impact property and the corrosion resistance property both increase and then decrease. Compared with the extrusion temperature of 400 ℃,the impact absorption energy increases by 32. 65% and the mass loss per unit area decreases by 40. 58% at the extrusion temperature of 460 ℃ in the condition of the extrusion speed of 3 m·min-1,the die preheating temperature of 280 ℃ and the extrusion rate of25. Thus,the optimized extrusion temperature of new type aluminium alloy 6061-InTi for architectural decoration is 460 ℃ .
