摘    要:采用UG4.0软件实现大型支承辊梯形槽的建模、刀具轨迹生成、3D仿真、2D仿真、后处理(生成数控程序)等,采用型腔铣进行粗加工,采用固定轴曲面轮廓铣进行精加工,完成了大型支承辊梯形槽的数控化加工,保证了尺寸精度、扁面粗糙度及形位公差。

Abstract:UG4.0 software has been used to realize the modeling of large backup roller trapezoid groove,tool path generation,3D simulation,2D simulation,post-processing(generating numerical control program),etc..The rough machining has been carried out by cavity milling,and the finished machining has been carried out by contour milling of fixed axis curved surface,and the numerical control machining of large backup roller trapezoid groove has been completed,which ensures dimensional accuracy,flat surface roughness and shape and position tolerance.
