摘    要:本文针对行业一直存在的冲压双料的问题,通过介绍了磁铁分张的通用方法,特别针对不锈钢分张的难题,详细介绍了不锈钢分张的方法,并对具体操作步骤和注意事项做了说明,对不锈钢的分张提供了解决方法和思路,推动自动化线生产稳定的上料技术发展。

Abstract:In the text,aiming at the problem of stamping double materials in the industry,the general method of magnetic separation has been introduced,especially for the problem of stainless steel separation,the method of stainless steel separation has been put forward in detail.The specific operation steps and precautions have been explained.The solution and ideas for stainless steel separation have been provided,while the stable feeding technology development of automatic production line has been promoted.
