摘    要:电气化铁路27.5 kV单相交流交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆的防水性能并不能完全满足实际环境。通过对结构进行改进,增加了LAP护套,设计出防水性能改善的新电缆。同时介绍了铜丝屏蔽的设计方法和电缆的生产工艺。

Abstract:The waterproofing performance of 27.5kV single phase AC XLPE insulated cable for electrified railway is inadequate.By improving the structure,LAP sheath was added and a new cable with improved waterproof performance was designed.At the same time,the paper introduces the design method of copper wire shielding and the production process of cable.
