摘    要:氧气和氩气由于相近的沸点,导致其最难分离;采用MXT-5A分子筛柱,搭载DID检测器,对高纯气体中微量氧氩含量,进行分离并检测。

Abstract:Because of the similar boiling point,it is most difficult to separate O 2 and Ar.In this paper,MXT-5A molecular sieve columns and DID detector are used to separate and analyse the trace O 2 and Ar in high-purity gas.
