沙柳生物质颗粒致密成型特性的离散元仿真

摘    要:应用离散元软件EDEM创建了长径比为5∶1的模具,对沙柳生物质燃料的成型进行了仿真研究,并对其成型特性进行了4因素3水平的正交分析,研究了颗粒形状、粒度、压缩速度及保压时间对颗粒致密成型的影响。以成型颗粒的粘结性、成型密度及成型能耗为评价指标,分别得出了各因素对其影响的主次关系;同时,采用综合分析法对成型条件进行了综合评价。结果发现:颗粒形状为类棱锥体,粒度为1~4 mm、压缩速度为60 mm·min^-1、保压时间为75 s时,沙柳生物质的成型特性最好。以上研究可为沙柳等沙生灌木类生物质燃料的实际致密成型生产过程提供数据参考与借鉴。

Abstract:The mold with the length-to-diameter of 5∶1 was created by discrete-element software EDEM,and the forming of Salix biomass fuel was simulated.Then,its forming characteristics were orthogonal analyzed by four factors and three levels,and the influences of particle shape,particle size,compression speed and holding time on the dense forming of particles were studied.Furthermore,the cohesiveness,the forming density and the forming energy consumption of formed particles were used as evaluation indicators,and the primary and secondary relationships of various factors affecting them were obtained.At the same time,the forming conditions were comprehensively evaluated by the comprehensive analysis.The results show that the particle shape is pyramid-like,and the forming characteristics of Salix biomass is the best with the particle size of 1-4 mm,the compression speed of 60 mm·min^-1 and the holding time of 75 s.Thus,the above research provides data reference and reference for the actual dense forming production process of sandy shrub biomass fuel such as Salix.
