聚醚酰亚胺挤出型绕组线的制备及其浸渍性能评估

摘    要:对研制的聚醚酰亚胺挤出型绕组线进行常规及浸渍性能研究,其主要性能符合GB/T 6109??6—2008《漆包圆绕组线第6部分220级聚酰亚胺漆包铜圆线》的要求。选择了三种浸渍漆进行浸渍,分别是有机硅浸渍漆(TH?260NS)、F级电机用亚胺环氧浸渍漆和改性亚胺环氧浸渍漆。试验结果表明:经TH?260NS漆浸渍后,绝缘开裂较为明显;经F级电机用亚胺环氧浸渍漆浸渍后,试样击穿电压最高;经改性亚胺环氧浸渍后,性能变化最小。

Abstract:In this paper,the conventional and impregnating properties of the polyetherimide extruded winding wires are studied.The main performance is in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 6109??6—2008 Enameled round winding wire Part 6:220 grade polyimide enamel copper round wire.In this study,three impregnating varnishes were selected for impregnation,the first is silicone impregnating varnish(TH?260NS),the second is F?class motor with imine epoxy impregnating varnish,the third is modified imine epoxy impregnating paint.The test results are as follow:After impregnation with TH?260NS paint,the insulation cracking is very obvious.After impregnation with the imine epoxy impregnating varnish for the F?class motor,the breakdown voltage of the sample is the highest.After im?pregnation with the modified imine epoxy,there is almost no change.
