摘    要:针对数字电路中常见的晶体管桥接故障,研究了数字电路动态电流测试及定位方法。利用小波包分析技术,提取小波系数中所包含的丰富的时频信息作为故障特征,建立故障字典。实验结果表明,该方法准确、高效,用于数字电路电流检测效果良好。

Abstract:This paper has taken a research on the fault detection and location based on IDDT analysis for the bridge fault type of digital circuit.The wavelet transformation is used to extract the time-frequency information included in the wavelet coefficient to serve as fault feature and set up a fault diagnosis.The experimental results prove that this method is availability and efficiency for fault diagnosis of digital circuit.
