摘    要:介绍了唐山氯碱有限责任公司在电石法VCM生产过程中对气相、液相、固相排放物进行的有效治理情况。以30万t/aPVC计,气相排放物采用变压吸附法回收VCM精馏尾气,创造效益1294.5万元,采用吸附制氢工艺回收氢气,创造效益320.8万元;固相排放物利用电石渣代替石灰石生产纯碱,可产生经济效益6897万元;液态排放物采用盐酸解吸工艺回收VCM,创造效益300万元,回收转化热水热量,可节约电费126.72万元。

Abstract:The gas,liquid and solid emissions from the production of VCM by calcium carbide method were treated effectively in Tangshan Chlor - Alkali Co. ,Ltd. Taking 300 kt/a PVC as example,benefits of 12. 945 million RMB ¥ could be created by recovering the rectification tail gas of VCM through pressure swing adsorption,and benefits of 3. 208 million RMB ¥could be created by recovering hydrogen through adopting adsorption hydrogen- making process; benefits of 68.97 million RMB¥ could be created by producing sodium carbonate through substituting the discharged carbide slags for limestone; benefits of 3 million RMB¥could be created by recovering VCM througy the desorption of hydrochloric acid and electric cost of 1. 267 2 millon RMB ¥ could be saved through recovering and converting heat from hot water.
