摘    要:给出了用于实时计算放纸辊转动惯量的离散方程,并以西门子S7-500PLC和ABB的DCS500直流驱动装置为例,介绍了相应的软硬件结构。系统可实时计算放纸辊的转动惯量,从而对放纸辊电机电流的控制进行在线补偿,使整个复卷过程中张力平稳,有效地解决了纸幅张力随着复卷的进行而逐渐增大的问题。

Abstract:The discrete equation for real time computation of the moment of inertia of the releasing paper roller was given, the hardware structure and software structure of a system are introduced with S7-300 PLC of Siemens and DCS500 of ABB as examples. The system can calculate the moment of inertia and compensate the paper tension control value on-line. It effectively makes the paper tension steady and prevents the increasing of web tension in the course of the rewinding.
