有机膨润土吸附废水中有机污染物苯并(a)芘的实验研究

摘    要:研究了溴化十六烷基三甲基铵改性的膨润土对废水中苯并(a)芘的吸附效果,并考察了改性剂用量、有机膨润土用量、吸附时间和粒径等因素对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明,利用5g溴化十六烷基三甲基铵对100g膨润土进行改性制备的有机膨润土,用量为10g/L,吸附时间为60min,粒径为150μm时,吸附效果最好,对废水中苯并(a)芘的去除率可达到95%以上。

Abstract:The adsorption of Bap(Benzo(a)pyrene) from the waste water originated the Beijing Shougang Coking Plant was studied by bentonite modified with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB).The factors that affected the adsorption capacity are amount of modifier,amount of sorbent,reaction time and grain size of organobentonite that determined by a series of dynamic tests.The results shown that under the conditions of the grain size of organobentonite is 150μm,amount of organobentonite is 10g/L,amount of modifier is 5g and the adsorption time is 60min,the removal efficiency of Bap from the waste water can reach 95% above.
