MBO实践中国有资产流失现状及成因分析

国有资产是我国国有经济发展的基础,也是国有经济增长的重要支柱。但随着国民经济的发展和国有企业改革的不断深化,一些深层次的问题暴露出来了,其中企业国有资产的流失又是一个最突出的问题。从我国MBO的萌生及发展现状着手,阐述了我国在实施管理层收购过程中所呈现的特征,揭示了MBO实施中导致国有资产流失的主要问题和症状所在,并在此基础上对其深层原因作了剖析和探讨。

Analysis and present situation of government assets run- off

Government capital is the foundation and pillar for the development of Chinese economy. Along with the progress of Chinese national economy and intensification of the state - owned enterprises, some deeply hiding problems exposed, among which the run - off of government assets is the most emergent one. This paper displays our country＇ s characteristic in buying process from the emergence and current developing status of our MBO state-owned enterprise reform, at the same time, reveals problems and deepen reasons that caused government assets loss in the process of MBO.
