| 摘 要： | 介绍了SD-NFNV1水溶性多功能金属钝化剂在FCC装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明，该钝化剂能有效减轻催化剂中毒，提高平衡催化剂活性，干气中氢气含量由29%减少为18.7%，H2/CH4比由1.3下降为0.6，轻油收藏提高0.93个百分点。

| Abstract: | The application of a water soluble metal deactivator, SD NFNV1, in No. 1 FCCU of Shengli Refinery was introduced. In comparison with the previous running result, the equilibrium catalyst activity was raised after the addition of SD NFNV1; the hydrogen content in dry gas decreased from 29% to 18.7%; and the hydrogen/methane ratio dropped from 1.3 to 0.6. The light oil yield also increased by 0.93 percentage. |
