数控圆弧插补R编程圆心的矢量算法

摘    要:在数控加工零件图样标注中,一般都用半径R来表示圆或圆弧,因此,零件的数控加工程序常用R编程格式.但是,在数控系统内部必须知道圆心的坐标,才能进行圆弧插补.影响圆弧圆心坐标的因素较多,比如圆弧的长短(优弧或劣弧)、顺逆(G02或G03)以及起点和终点的相对位置等.本文提出的矢量算法,简化了圆心取舍的条件,快速准确地完成了笛卡尔坐标系3个坐标平面圆弧插补R编程的圆心求解,提高了计算和编程的效率.

Abstract:In the drawings indicating of CNC parts,radius R is generally used to express arc or circle,so R programming is commonly used in CNC programs.But arc interpolation can be carried out on the condition that the center coordinates of a circle are known in CNC.There are many factors affecting center coordinates of a circle,such as the length of arc(superior or inferior arc),the clockwise or counter-clockwise arc(G02 or G03) and the relative position of the starting and finishing points.The vector algorithms were put forward,which simplifies the judgment conditions of the center,completes the coordinates calculation of the center of a circle rapidly and accurately in three Cartesian coordinate planes,increases the efficiency.
