本文总结了既有建筑节能改造的重要性，并针对性地提出了相应的改造措施，明确了既有建筑节能改造的重点部位，并分别从屋面节能、墙体节能、外窗节能和遮阳改造等方面对建筑节能改造的关键技术进行了详细的阐述，并最终对这些节能改造方法进行了利弊分析。研究可为既有建筑的节能改造工程提供参考。

this paper summarizes the importance of energy saving renovation of existing buildings, and puts forward the coresponding reform measures, has been clear about the key parts in the reconstruction of existing building energy eficiency, and respectively from the roof, wal, outside the window of energy conservation and energy saving and the key to the reconstruction of shading of building energy eficiency technology has caried on the detailed elaboration, and finaly analyzes advantages and disadvantages of energy saving transformation method for these. Research can provide reference for energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings.
