摘    要:延迟焦化装置因其工艺的特殊性,焦化油品和含硫污水中不可避免会携带焦粉。分析了焦粉产生的原因和危害,对减少装置焦粉携带的技术措施进行了介绍,包括优化操作条件减少焦粉携带、反冲洗过滤器、旋流分离法、絮凝沉降法、陶瓷膜过滤法等除焦粉方法。通过采取相应措施,可有效减少延迟焦化装置的焦粉携带问题,保证了装置的平稳运行。分析了各种方法的优缺点,对减少延迟焦化装置焦粉携带技术的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The coke oil products and sulfur-containing water will inevitably carry coke powder because of the particularity of delayed coking process. The reasons and harm of coke producing powder were analyzed. The technical measures of reducing coke powder accompany were introduced in delayed coking unit, including optimization of operating conditions to reduce carrying of coke powder, using of the back flushing filter, cyclone separation, flocculating settling and ceramic membrane filtration method for removing coke powder. After taking the corresponding measures, the problem of carrying the coke powder in delayed coker was reduced effectively, and ensured the smooth operation of the device. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were analyzed, and the application prospect of technology for reducing coke powder carrying of delayed coker was forecasted.
