| 摘 要： | 采用爱乐松式特种柔软机（AIRO-1000）对纯棉色织物进行超柔软整理，探讨机械柔软整理的机理及工艺，并借助KES织物风格仪，测试经机械柔软整理后纯棉色织物的弯曲性能、压缩性能、表面特性、折皱回复角、断裂强力、断裂伸长率等指标。结果表明：纯棉色织物经爱乐机械整理后，除断裂强力稍有下降外，织物的其他物理性能指标均得到一定提高，尤其是织物柔软性得到明显改善。

| Abstract: | Using the special type of AIRO softening machine(AIRO-1000),the pure cotton colored woven fabric were treated by the super softening finish.The mechanism of mechanical softening and processing were discussed,performance indexes of the fabrics,such as the bending,compression,surface properties,creasy recovery angle,breaking strength and breaking elongation,were tested by KES system.The results shown that after mechanical finish,physical properties of the pure cotton colored woven fabric were all improved,esp... |
