Three Provinces in Drainage Area of Yellow River Cooperate to Develop Hydraulic Power Resource

This paper mainly describes the newest plan on hydraulic power resource development of middle reaches of the Yellow River ,presents the situation of hydraulic power resource development of the Yellow River is middle reaches present and analyzes some economic standards of several stop hydropower stations which will be build in the future. The author ,in this paper, also talks about the management system of some step hydropower stations which already have been built and gives some advices about accelerate the hydraulic power resource development of the Yellow River's middle reaches.
