大庆油田自动化钻井技术可行性研究

摘    要:自动化钻井具有钻井过程优化.自动控制,优质高效钻进,井身质量好,能精确控制井身轨迹,钻深井、超深井、探井、复杂井的成功率大.成本低,钻井时效高.经济效益好等优点。简要介绍了自动化钻井系统.详细介绍了其子系统即地面自动控制系统、井下自动控制系统和钻井信息系统的组成及原理。结合大庆油田的技术现状制定了几套大庆油田实行自动化钻井的方案,通过可行性分析.得出大庆油田可应用自动化钻井技术的结论,并建议加快自主研制自动化钻井系统的速度.以提高我国钻井技术水平,缩小与国际钻井技术水平的差距。

Abstract:The automated drilling has such benefits as optimizing drilling course, automatic control, drilling with high-quality high-efficiently, the high quality well bore, controlling well trajectory accurately, high success rate to drill deep well, ultra deep well, prospect well, complicated well, low costs, high efficiency drilling and economy advantage, etc. This paper outlines a automated drilling system, and articulates the components and mechanisms of its sub system, namely the surface automatic control system, down hole automatic control system and drilling information system. Combined with the current drilling techniques, several automated drilling proposals are established. On the basis of a feasibility analysis, a conclusion that the automated drilling technique can be implemented in the Daqing Oilfield is drawn, this paper also put forward a suggestion that speed up researching automated drilling system self to improve domestic drilling technologies and shorten the gap with international ones.
