| 摘 要： | 以票据为主体的结算制度，是我国结算改革的重大突破，也是结算改革取得显著成绩的表现。根据票据的特征，对票据使用在我国的可能性和必要性进行分析，并结合我国结算改革中存在的一些问题，提出几点设想。

| Abstract: | With note for corpus of balance of accounts system, is an important breakthrough of accounts reform, it is also a great achievement of the reform. The article analyzed the possibility and necessities in our country of the note usage according to the characteristic of the note. Combining with problems in balance of accounts reform in our country, the article puts forward some suggestions. |
