螺旋弹簧可靠性多目标优化设计

摘    要:考虑可靠性等约束条件,以螺旋弹簧重量最轻、刚度误差最小为优化设计目标,建立多目标优化设计数学模型,用理想点法对模型进行求解,得到满足所有约束条件的最优解.该方法有效而实用,对求解同类零件优化设计问题具有普遍意义.

Abstract:In this paper, with the reliability restrain conditions considered, the multi target optimal design model is set up with the purpose of the lightest weight of helical spring and the minimum rigidity error The model is determined by optimal point method, and the optimal solution satisfying all restrain conditions has be arrived at The method used in this paper is practical and effective, and it has a universal significance in the optimal design of the same kind of parts
