摘    要:采用微波辐射技术,以硫酸为催化剂,肉桂酸和正丙醇为原料反应合成了肉桂酸正丙酯。并对影响收率诸因素进行考察,确定了最佳反应条件:微波辐射功率900 W,反应温度107℃,微波辐射时间6 m in,反应物料比为:n(肉桂酸)∶n(正丙醇)∶n(硫酸)=1∶8∶0.9,肉桂酸正丙酯的收率可达91%以上。通过测定,所得化合物与用常规方法所得产物一致。

Abstract:The n-propyl cinnamate was synthesized under the action of microwave radiation from cinnamic acid and n-propyl alcohol,sulfuric acid that acted as catalyst.The optimized reaction condition was confirmed:the microwave radiation power is 900 W,the reaction temperature is 107℃,microwave radiation time is 6 min,reaction materials ratio is n(cinnamic acid): n(n-propyl alcohol)∶n(sulfuric acid)is(1∶8∶0.9,)the yield of n-propyl cinnamate may reach 91%.And the compound obtained is same as that of compound by conventional method after test.
