对凝石技术本质的探讨

摘    要:针对目前媒体及业界关于“凝石将取代水泥”的言论,通过对凝石原料、生产的分析,指出凝石的本质是碱矿渣水泥,是一类可以在许多场合取代水泥,但又有着许多与传统水泥不同的优异特性的硅铝基胶凝材料体系。凝石可能具有某些优异性能,抗渗性、抗冻性、耐腐蚀性等也优于普通硅酸盐水泥,但也可能存在碱矿渣水泥固有的缺点,如体积稳定性差,干燥收缩大;硬化速度快,凝结时间不易控制;使用过程中析碱、泛碱;长期抗折强度倒缩等。因而,50余年来碱矿渣水泥并未在建设工程中推广应用,轻易断言凝石可取代水泥是没有根据的。

Abstract:After an analys of the raw material and the production of congealing stones,, a conclusion that the essence of congealing stone is slag-soda cement, which can replace cement on some occasions, but it does own some unique feature different from traditional cement. It is superior to common Portland cement in its features of anti-permeability, anti-freeze and causticity-resistance. Some disadvantages of alkali slug cement, such as low vol. stability, large evaporation constriction, difficult control of congealing time, and alkali separation or floating , however, do exist. Therefore, alkali slug cement has not been extensively used in construction projects for over fifty years. It is groundless to affirm cement can be replaced by congealing stones.
