| 摘 要： | 本文提供一个利用安捷伦公司两种不同色谱软件:Chemstation和CerityNDS测定原料或制剂中头孢拉定含量时HPLC方法设置的指导。头孢拉定和头孢安苄最终结果可同时由色谱软件自带的计算功能得到。这种方法设置在制药行业中较常见,可以应用于其他类似产品的HPLC测定。

| Abstract: | This article provided a guideline for HPLC method setup in two types of Agilent Chromatography Software, Chemstation and Cerity NDS when testing Cephradine in drug substances and drug products. The final results can be obtained for both Cephradine and Cephalexin at same time by using the calculation functions in the software, no manual calculation or other application such as Microsoft Excel is needed. The method setup procedures may apply to other products like Cephradine as it is a common case in pharmaceutical industry. |
