摘    要:信息技术具有强大的渗透力,为制造业所面临的挑战提供了有效的解决方案,利用信息技术提高制造业的核心竞争力,已成为全球显著的趋势。介绍了工业4.0和云制造的基本理念。工业4.0指的是第四次工业革命,其以信息物理融合系统(CPS)在制造业环境中的广泛应用为特点。云制造是基于云概念和方法的一种新的服务型制造模式。为了更好地理解2个概念及其之间的关系,从目标、核心技术、运行模式、架构4个方面做出了详细的比较分析。

Abstract:Information technology has a strong penetration, providing effective solutions to the challenges faced by the manufacturing industry. The information technology used to improve the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry has become a significant global trend. The basic concepts of Industry 4.0 and cloud manufacturing were introduced. Industry 4.0 refers to the fourth industrial revolution, which is characterized by the extensive application of cyber physical systems (CPS) in the manufacturing environment.Cloud manufacturing is a new service manufacturing model based on the concept and method of cloud.In order to better understand the two concepts and the relationship between them, and a detailed comparative analysis was carried out from the goal, the core technology, the operation mode and the architecture.
