可见光助多相电催化法处理苯酚废水及中间产物分析

摘    要:针对可见光助多相电催化法处理苯酚模拟废水,制备了γ-Al_2O_3负载N-V共掺杂纳米TiO_2光催化剂作为粒子电极,确定了可见光助多相电催化法处理苯酚废水的最佳反应条件为苯酚浓度180mg/L,COD浓度为387.5mg/L,pH值为3.0,电极板间距为10cm,电解质Na_2SO_4投加量为1g/L,电解电压为15V,曝气量为11L/min,此时去除率为85.12%。对比可见光助多相电催化法、多相电催化法、可见光法对于苯酚处理效果的差异,分析了可见光助多相电催化法降解苯酚的光电协同效应,并对苯酚降解中间产物及降解途径进行了分析。结果表明可见光助多相电催化法对苯酚模拟废水的降解效果显著,操作简单,通过进一步优化反应条件,可应用于苯酚废水处理工程实践中。

Abstract:The visible-assisted multiphase electrocatalytic treatment of phenol simulated wastewater was carried out, and the activated carbon supported N-doped photocatalyst was prepared as the particle electrode. The optimal reaction conditions for the treatment of simulated phenol wastewater by visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis were determined.The COD concentration was 378.5 mg/L, the pH was 3.0, the electrode plate spacing was 10 cm, the electrolyte Na2SO4 was added at a concentration of 1 g/L, the electrolysis voltage was 15 V, and the aeration rate was 11 L/min. At this time, the COD removal rate was 85.12%.The synergistic effect and reaction mechanism of visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis were analyzed by comparing the effects of visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis, polyphase electrocatalysis and visible light on phenol treatment. The visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalytic method has a remarkable effect on the degradation of phenol simulated wastewater, and the operation is simple. By further optimizing the reaction conditions, it can be applied to the practice of phenol wastewater treatment engineering.
