大豆皂苷B组分的分离纯化研究

摘    要:建立了从生产大豆异黄酮的废水中分离纯化较高浓度大豆皂苷B组分的方法。利用D101大孔树脂分离,研究不同分离纯化工艺参数对B组分大豆皂苷分离效果的影响,从而建立大豆皂苷B组分的分离纯化工艺。通过D101树脂分离纯化,使得大豆皂苷B组分的质量分数由0.67%提升至18.96%。通过利用低浓度的乙醇进行结晶以获得纯度更高的大豆皂苷B组分,纯度可提高至35%。

Separation and Purification of Soybean Saponin B Component
Abstract:To establish a method for purifying high purity soybean saponin B from waste water of soybean isoflavone production. By using D101 macroporous resin, the effects of different separation and purification parameters on the separation effect of B-component soybean saponin were studied, so as to establish the separation and purification process of B-component soybean saponin. Through the separation and purification of D101 resin, the content of B component of soybean saponin was increased from 0.67% to 18.96%. The purity of soybean saponin B can be increased to 35% by crystallization with low concentration of ethano. In summary, a process for the separation and purification of soybean saponin B from the waste water of soybean isoflavone production was established.
