无花果叶色素提取及其在棉织物染色中的应用

摘    要:文中以溶剂浸提-超声波辅助法进行无花果叶色素的提取,对提取工艺条件进行优化,测试了提取液主要成分及含量,并将无花果叶色素用于棉织物的染色;探讨了直接染色工艺条件对染色效果的影响,并与金属预媒染色工艺进行对比。结果表明,超声辅助提取色素的较优工艺为:80%乙醇作为提取溶液,料液比1∶10,在400 W下超声提取20 min;最优直接染色工艺条件为:色素提取液7%,浴比1∶20,pH值7,80℃恒温染120 min;金属预媒染色可有效提升其染色深度及染色牢度,其中硫酸铜为媒染剂时,K/S值可达5.03,耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度为3级以上,可满足纺织品服用要求。

Abstract:In this paper,solvent extraction-ultrasonic assisted method was used to extract pigment from ficus carica leaves,and the extraction process conditions were optimized.The main components and contents of the extract were tested,and ficus carica leaf pigments were used to dye cotton fabrics.The direct dyeing process conditions were discussed,and the effect on the dyeing effect is compared with the metal pre-medium dyeing process.The results show that the optimal process for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of pigment is:80%ethanol as the extraction solution,the material-liquid ratio is 1∶10,and the ultrasonic extraction is performed at 400 W for 20 minutes.The optimal direct dyeing process conditions are as follows:7%pigment extraction solution,and bath ratio 1∶20,pH value is 7,in 80℃constant temperature dyeing for 120 minutes.Metal pre-mordant dyeing can effectively improve its dyeing depth and dyeing fastness.When copper sulfate is used as mordant,the K/S value can reach 5.03,and the rubbing fastness and soaping fastness are above 3,which can meet textile wearing requirements.
