次生硫化铜矿石选冶工艺技术分析与评价

摘    要:某复杂大型铜矿为典型斑岩型铜矿石,矿石类型有浅部氧化矿、浅部混合矿、浅部次生硫化矿、过渡矿和深部原生硫化矿,浅部氧化矿和混合矿采用成熟的成本较低的堆浸湿法工艺处理生产阴极铜,过渡矿和深部原生硫化矿将来计划采用成熟的浮选工艺生产铜精矿,而如何经济地处理浅部次生硫化矿是开发本矿的难点所在。介绍了采用氯盐浸出工艺处理浅部次生硫化矿的试验研究结果,以及目前该技术在国内外发展现状及工业应用前景。

Abstract:A large complex foreign copper mine is a typical porphyry type copper ore. The ore types are shallow oxidized ore, shallow mixed ore, shallow secondary sulfide ore, transition ore and primary sulfide ore. It is easy to produce copper cathodes from shallow oxidized ore and mixed ore by using the low-cost heap leaching wet metallurgy process and easy to produce copper concentrate from deep transition ore and primary sulfide ore by using the mature flotation process. However, the main difficulty is how to treat the shallow secondary sulfide ore economically. This paper introduces the test and research results of chlorine leaching technology and its development and future industrial application at home and abroad.
