摘    要:为科学合理地选择教学专用液压实验台供应商,在借鉴工程机械企业选择供应商的基础上确定影响因素,并利用理想解法建立教学专用液压实验台评估模型。采用熵权法确定评价指标权重,以消除主观因素过重的缺陷。以某高校采购教学专用液压实验台作为实例,通过分析和计算,建立一套符合实际且具有可操作性的教学专用液压实验台评价体系,为高校实验仪器采购及管理部门采购液压试验台提供了一定依据。

Abstract:In order to scientifically and rationally select the supplier of the teaching specialized hydraulic test platform, the influencing factors of selecting suppliers for teaching specialized hydraulic test platform were determined based on the method of selecting suppliers for construction machinery enterprises, and the evaluation model for the teaching specialized hydraulic test platform was established by using the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS).The entropy weight method was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index so as to eliminate the defect that the subjective factors were too much. Taking a teaching specialized hydraulic test platform purchased by a university as an example, a set of practical and operable evaluation system for the teaching specialized hydraulic test platform was established through analysis and calculation. The system provides some basis for the procurement and management of university experimental instruments to purchase hydraulic test platform.
