摘    要:2020年国家实行畜牧业全面减抗、禁抗,寻找到替抗物质对于畜牧业持续稳定发展至关重要。植物提取物因其具有的抗菌、抗氧化等作用成为研究重点,准确测定植物提取物含量至关重要。液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱(liquidchromatographytandemquadrupole-massspectrometry,LC-MS)技术作为近年来前沿的分离分析检测技术被应用到很多行业。本文综述了近几年LC-MS对植物提取物含量的测定研究,以期为植物提取物作为替抗物质应用到畜牧业中,其用法用量的确定提供技术理论支撑,也为植物提取物含量测定标准建立提供参考。

Abstract:With the decrease and prohibition of antibiotics in animal husbandry in 2020, it is very important for the sustainable and stable development of animal husbandry to find Substitute for antibiotics. Plant extract has been regarded as the research focus because of its antibacterial and antioxidant functions, but in order to play a role in animal husbandry, the determination of usage and dosage is very important, so the accurate determination of plant extract content is very important. Liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS), as the most advanced separation and detection technology in recent years, has been applied to many industries. In this paper, the study on the determination of plant extracts by LC-MS in recent years is reviewed, The results show that LC-MS is suitable for the determination of plant extracts (alkaloids, glycosides, essential oils, tannins and organic acids) in different kinds of substances. The accuracy and precision of LC-MS can meet the actual detection requirements. LC-MS is suitable for the determination of plant extracts, which will provide technical and theoretical support for the determination of the usage and dosage of plant extracts in animal husbandry, and also provide reference for the establishment of the determination standard of plant extracts in the future.
