摘    要:摘要:目的 对新疆市售动物性水产品的食品安全状况进行监测,并对检测结果进行评价,为水产品疾病风险预警和相关部门监督提供科学依据。方法:抽检新疆地区市售的6类动物性水产品共588批次样品的27项指标,并对检测结果的数据分析和评价。结论 在抽检的 588批次动物性水产品中,共检验出9批次不合格,样品不合格率为1.5%;不合格产品类别为淡水鱼、海水蟹2类,其他4类均为合格;兽药残留中的氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星和重金属镉为主要不合格项目。实验结果表明,本地区动物性水产品主要质量问题来自重金属污染和兽药残留,不同水产品类别存在不同情况--兽药残留主要集中在淡水鱼类中,重金属超标主要存在于海水蟹类的梭子蟹中,其中镉含量超标较为严重,应当引起相关部门重视。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: oObjective To Monitor the food safety of aquatic animal products sold in Xinjiang, and to evaluate the test results, so as to provide scientific basis for early warning of aquatic disease risk and supervision of relevant departments. Methods 27 indexes of 588 batches of 6 kinds of animal aquatic products in Xinjiang were sampled, and the results were analyzed and evaluated. Results Among the 588 batches of animal aquatic products, 9 batches were found to be unqualified, the unqualified rate was 1.5% , the unqualified products were freshwater fish and sea crab, and the other 4 kinds were all qualified The Ofloxacin, Enrofloxacin and cadmium in veterinary drug residues were the main unqualified items. Conclusion the main quality problems of aquatic products of animal origin in this area are caused by heavy metal pollution and veterinary drug residues, which are mainly concentrated in freshwater fish, heavy metals are mainly found in Portunus trituberculatus of marine crabs, in which cadmium is more serious and should be paid attention to by relevant departments.
